All Clearance / Sale items purchased through our website are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What happens if I don’t like the products I ordered?

If you are unsure if a makeup colour will suit you, we offer $3 single use samples of foundations which can be requested via camberwell@beautyanbronze.com.au

Unfortunately we do not offer samples of mascara or lash serum products and can not provide returns on opened lash and eye products.

We are unable to offer returns due to change of mind.

No returns on sale items except as required by law.

What about if the product breaks, is faulty, or is not what I ordered?

In this case, we will happily provide you with a refund, replacement, exchange or store credit, including all postage costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements. After this time we are unable to accept returns, refund or replace your item.

Help, I’ve reacted to a beauty product…

In the case you have been prescribed in person (in our salon/during your treatment) a facial product where you have experienced irritation or an allergic reaction please contact us and ask to speak with one of our trained skin consultants, so that we can determine the nature of the problem. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used. For returns on a Beauty & Bronze therapist prescribed item, please note all shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Unfortunately we can not accept returns for opened eye and eyebrow serums/mascaras.

What if my item has been shipped but I’ve entered the incorrect address?

Please contact us immediately. We generally ship out items on the same day as your order unless your order was placed on a Victorian Public Holiday or the weekend. If your order has already been shipped we may be unable to intercept it and are not liable for costs incurred recovering or replacing your item.
