We ship all of our orders via Auspost. Each order comes with seamless tracking so you can watch your parcel make its way to you.

For international orders, we offer free tracked standard shipping on orders over $150.

We pack and send all orders Monday – Friday at 11am. If we receive your order by that time your little pink parcel of goodies will most likely be shipped that day from us in Melbourne.

Regular shipping takes between 3-7 business days to arrive and express shipping usually arrives within 1-2 business days of being dispatched. Please note these are only estimates and we can’t take responsibility for shipping delays once they are in the hands of Auspost.

Please note sometimes our tracking emails make it into your junk mail, if you don’t receive any emails please contact us straight away.

Please note that we pack all of our orders Monday-Friday at 11am excluding VICTORIAN public holidays. Any orders placed outside of these days/hours will be packed and sent the following business day.
