The following terms and conditions, along with site policies such as the Privacy Policy and other customer service policies, govern the use of Beauty & Bronze website and constitute the entire agreement between the contracting parties.  By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions listed below as amended from time to time.

Salon Etiquette

Bookings over 45 minutes We require a deposit to secure the booking. In the event that you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointed time or do not arrive at the salon at the appointed time, then your deposit will be forfeited and used to recover costs incurred by us in maintaining availability of our employees and resources.

Cancellations and Rescheduling  24hrs notice of any change or cancelation is kindly required or any deposit will be forfeited. If you are using a prepaid session card, this session will be deducted from your card.

Arrive with time to spare  Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment starts. Appointments must finish at the allotted time to ensure other clients appointments start on time. Come in, relax with a mag, sip our Tea of the Day or a glass of water and fill in your client card.

Child Friendly We understand finding a babysitter can be hard. If you do need to bring a child/children in, please understand we may not be available to keep a watchful eye over them.

Spray Tan Our spray tans need time to develop. A set of dark, loose clothing and a pair of open shoes is recommended to wear after application.

Brazilian Waxing We offer a hygenic wipe to be used prior to Brazilian waxing, however we do recommend showering prior to coming in for your appointment.

Laser  Ensure a quick and (relatively) painless treatment by shaving the treatment area. Skin needs to be completely free of spray tan/fake tan, we recommend not spray tanning for 3 weeks prior to your next laser appointment.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Beauty & Bronze (beautyandbronze.com.au) is created and controlled in Victoria, Australia.  All purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of Victoria.  By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums.

Capacity to Contract

Orders can only be placed with Beauty & Bronze by persons with capacity to contract, who are over the age of either 18 or 21 as legislated in your state of residence.

Review of Terms

These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice.  Each order or transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions in force upon the date of that transaction.


All content on this site, including text, icons, graphics, etc are the property of Beauty & Bronze or it suppliers and are protected by Australian and International Copyright law.  No part or portion of this site may be copied, sold or used in any manner for any commercial purpose without written consent.


Beauty & Bronze can only ship to locations within Australia.  The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.

Confirmation of order

All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Beauty & Bronze.  If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Beauty & Bronze reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.


Beauty & Bronze is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the case of payment by cheque, this would mean the clearing of funds represented by the cheque. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Beauty & Bronze may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.

All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable, unless stated.

Purpose of Goods

Conclusion of Transaction

The agreement for sale is concluded only when goods are handled over to the designated carrier.


Instore Purchases

We offer skin and makeup consultations in salon to ensure the right products are used on your skin. We highly recommend booking ahead to ensure these products are correctly prescribed. Unfortunately we do not offer returns on change of mind purchases once the items have left the salon.

Online Purchases

What happens if I don’t like the products I ordered?

If you are unsure if a makeup colour will suit you, we offer a FREE sample swatch that can be ordered directly from us over the phone 0398820822. Unfortunately we do not offer samples of mascara or lash products.

We are unable to offer returns due to change of mind.

No returns on sale items except as required by law.

What about if the product breaks, is faulty, or is not what I ordered?

In this case, we will happily provide you with a refund, replacement, exchange or store credit, including all postage costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

In some cases we can also accept returns of beauty products where you have experienced irritation or allergic reaction. If this occurs, please contact us and ask to speak with one of our trained skin consultants, so that we can determine the nature of the problem. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used.
