Located in the heart of the Camberwell Junction shopping precinct, our busy boutique salon has been helping clients look and feel their best since 2006. What began as a small tanning salon with just three staff has grown into a thriving beauty destination, now home to a team of eight highly skilled therapists offering a wide range of treatments for men and women of all ages.
You’ll find us inside the historic Davies Building — one of Camberwell’s oldest landmarks. Our salon space was originally a ballet studio, and today clients love its bright, spacious feel, which is unlike any traditional beauty salon.
With 12 treatment rooms, we’re perfectly equipped to cater for everything from individual appointments and relaxing self-care moments to bridal parties and school formal groups getting ready for their big day.
Our team specialises in brows, including brow laminations and shaping, as well as spray tanning, waxing, eyelash extensions, lash lifts, makeup and injectables. We’re passionate about delivering exceptional treatments alongside warm, personalised customer service.

Charlotte
Co Owner
Charlotte (or Char) has been part of the Beauty & Bronze fam since day 1 when tanning beds still existed. Fast forward 18 years and her dream of having an exceptional team providing amazing treatments and loving what they do has come to life. Her favourite part of the job is seeing her staff and clients happy.
Charlotte is in salon twice a week seeing clients for waxing and spray tans but you’ll often see her making content or mixing and trialling formulations in her ‘pink lab’.
Chelsea
Co Owner
Chelsea originally managed our Chadstone salon before consolidating our two stores. She then came on board as Co Owner in 2015 and has been the driving force behind the success of our beautiful salon.
She is also our Brow Queen! Her attention to detail and ability to transform any brows is second to none.
Chelsea is in salon twice a week for spray tans and waxing but you’ll often see her giggling with Charlotte while they film content or supporting our amazing team.

Senior Therapist & Makeup Artist
Emily is our brilliant Salon Manager and the glue that holds our amazing team together. With years of experience in the beauty industry, she specialises in waxing, spray tans, and makeup artistry, and has a strong passion for skin health and ingredient knowledge – earning her the nickname in the salon as our “beauty encyclopedia.”
Known for her contagious giggle and love of a luminous blush, Emily enjoys sharing her favourite blush and makeup techniques, helping clients effortlessly recreate her signature glow at home.

Senior Brow & Lash Specialist
Sophie is one of our highly sought-after Brow Specialists, known for creating the perfect brow tailored to every client. With a strong focus on brow design, she specialises in fluffy, full brows and expertly sculpted brow laminations that enhance natural shape and symmetry.
Her attention to detail and perfectionist approach means every brow is carefully mapped, styled and finished to suit each individual face. Sophie is also highly skilled in lash lifts, creating beautifully lifted, low-maintenance lashes that complement her signature brow work.
She truly lives and breathes brows and lashes, which is evident in the precision and care she puts into every appointment.

Casey
Beauty Therapist
Casey is our newest beauty therapist who recently made the move from QLD and joined our team. She specialises in all things beauty, from waxing and tanning through to brows and lash lifts, and brings a confident, bubbly energy to every appointment. Casey is incredibly passionate about what she does and loves helping clients feel comfortable, confident and glowing when they leave the salon. Her knowledge across a wide range of beauty treatments, combined with her warm personality, makes every visit feel easy and enjoyable.

Marianne
RN. Cosmetic Injectables
Marianne visits us every fortnight on a Friday for all injectables (fillers & anti wrinkle injections). With over 10 years under her Registered Nurse belt she’s never found a lip she couldn’t plump or a cheek she she couldn’t fill. Follow more of her work at @ultracosmeticsau
